The foods and food crafts of Skowhegan and Somerset County will be on display at AgriCulture, a new festival that celebrates the region’s agricultural bounty. The event will be held Saturday, June 15, and will include a series of experiential tours that will take place at farms, restaurants, breweries, and specialty food makers throughout the area. Guests can mill wheat, make butter, sample cheeses, and taste locally brewed beer. At noon, a festival featuring a bounty of local food and drink with live music will kick off downtown. Tours will take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The food festival will run until 4 p.m. For more information, visit AgriCulture.
