Bons Vivants Can Experience Regional Cuisines Without the Travel

 SEATTLE  –  Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd., a hotel ownership and management group with an upscale portfolio of 15 distinct and visually captivating properties spanning the U.S., unveiled its digital culinary campaign, Noble House Chef Series.  On the 15th of each month, Noble House will select one restaurant in its collection to develop a special dish reflective of its unique location and local culture, which will then be offered at every establishment in Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ roster for the month.

“With the Noble House Chef Series campaign, we are transporting our guests to locales around the country to experience regional cuisines without needing to travel to each and every property,” said Noble House’s Chief Creative Officer Scott Colee.  “We’re excited our guests have the opportunity to sample dishes at other Noble House properties, as all of our chefs are incredibly talented.”

Vessel Restaurant & Bar at Kona Kai Resort & Spa in San Diego takes the helm in April with a dish from Executive Chef Roy Hendrickson, after LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort’s BALEEN restaurant in Naples, Florida kicked off the series for March 2017.  Vessel is a stylish yet approachable indoor and outdoor restaurant with a modern spin on California coastal cuisine.  Vessel will offer the Cider-Brined Pork Chop prepared with mustard parsley spaetzle and sour cherry pork glace.  The third month of the program will highlight Little Palm Island Resort & Spa’s fare from The Dining Room, which presents an eclectic, seasonally fresh menu featuring “modern tropical cuisine,” a vibrant blend of French and Pan Latin flavors.  Dishes from successive restaurants will be announced on the Noble Noman blog each month, and restaurants for subsequent months will be announced quarterly.

Each property will develop a special package centered on the monthly dish to create a well-rounded experience for guests, such as offering a lunch or dinner for two paired with overnight accommodations at one of the distinct destinations around the nation.
